Terms of Service

These terms apply when you take a website plan or project with Atlantas Media ("we", "us"). By subscribing to a plan or commissioning work, you agree to them.

1. The service

We design, build, host, maintain and support websites under monthly plans (Starter, Growth, Enterprise) and undertake bespoke projects quoted individually. What's included in each plan is set out on our pricing page and confirmed in your quote.

2. Billing

• Plans are billed monthly in advance and continue on a rolling basis.
• Bespoke projects are quoted and invoiced as agreed in writing before work begins.
• We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' written notice; changes apply from your next billing date after the notice period.

3. Cancelling

• You can cancel your plan at any time with 30 days' notice by emailing us.
• Hosting, maintenance and support run while your subscription is active. When it ends, the site is taken offline.
• On cancellation we'll provide an export of your content (text and images you supplied or approved). Your domain name is yours and stays with you.

4. Content and responsibilities

• You own the content you supply and confirm you have the right to use it (text, images, logos, product information).
• You're responsible for the accuracy of information about your business, including prices, regulated claims and legal notices your industry requires.
• Content updates included in plans cover reasonable, fair-use changes — not full redesigns or new bespoke functionality, which we'll quote separately.

5. Our work

We retain ownership of the underlying code, tooling and platforms we use to build and run your site. You receive the benefit of them while subscribed. Your brand and your content remain yours throughout.

6. Availability

We use reliable hosting providers and take reasonable care to keep your site fast, secure and online, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability — no host can. Where issues arise, we'll work to resolve them promptly.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under UK law.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be notified to active subscribers.
